Nightmare before Christmas

How insane/creepy is this Church of Bones located in the Czech Republic.

From the outside it appears to be a normal, gothic church, but the inside is "decorated" with more than 40,000 human skeletons.  How insane is that chandelier of bones? Tim Burton...are you reading?

moroccan wedding balnkets

We don't normally post about our personal lives, but since wedding bells rang a couple weeks- I have to share an obsession: Moroccan Wedding Blankets.

Traditional handmade Moroccan wedding blankets, Handiras, are given to Moroccan brides on their wedding day. It´s role is both ceremonial as well as practical; the rug is a gift of good luck and blessings for the bride but also used to wrap around her on her way to her new home. The rugs are traditional Berber rugs, usually made with sheep´s wool and decorated with sequins.

This must see store in Paris houses a massive selection of fashion magazines from the 1900s to the late 90s.  You can pick up vintage Vogue, Elle, Interview along with other architecture and lifestyle mags.

I'm not normally a huge fan of Siriano's work.  But his Spring/Summer 2012 collection was fabulous in my humble opinion.  Modern but with classic streamlined pieces- with just enough color & danger to be exciting.
